We have a few Designers that we work with from Gremanna College and The University of Mary Washington, But we do keep our top Designer on hand at all times.
John M. Lee Jr. has been working for Indeed for 2 years now and along with going to college and design for side job and contracts his awesome style, amazing abilities and fast turn around times is something to talk about. John, when he gets the job, sit down with the person, takes notes, get a feel for what they like and need the goes to work and before you know it you have a draft or many. Then shortly after that...BAM....you have your design or prints or whatever you ordered.
Unlike most graphic designers John does no charge outrageous fee for every line that he makes on a piece of paper. He charges a flat fee of $35.00 per hour (it normally take 1 hour depending on what you want). But of course before anything gets done you sign a contract locking in your price and the contract will state that once the design is finished it belongs to you and can not be used for anything else with out your consent.
